There comes a point where pause turns into procrastination, and waiting turns into wasted time. Life has a way of making us feel like if we stop long enough, everything around us will adjust to our pace. But the truth is, time keeps moving, opportunities keep passing, and the world keeps shifting whether we press play or not.
You’ve been paused too long. The dreams, the visions, the ideas that God placed in you were never meant to sit idle. They were meant to be acted on, cultivated, and carried out. That pause may have been necessary for healing, clarity, or recalibration — but it was never meant to be permanent.
The longer you remain paused, the heavier the restart becomes. Fear starts whispering louder. Doubt becomes comfortable company. And before you know it, you’ve convinced yourself that the pause is safer than progress. But nothing grows on pause. Nothing flourishes in stillness.
Pressing forward doesn’t mean you have it all figured out. It doesn’t mean every resource is lined up or that the timing looks perfect. Pressing forward simply means deciding that you refuse to let pause define you any longer. One small step in faith is all it takes to create momentum. And once you move, God has a way of multiplying every effort and meeting you in the motion.
So keep pressing forward. Don’t let the pause rob you of your purpose. Don’t let hesitation become your story. You’ve been paused too long, but today can be the day you hit play again.
This is just one of the Things I’m Feeling.
